You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manage influencer partnerships, guide social strategy for key clients, and help expand WA market offerings within the Ogilvy network.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in organic social media and influencer marketing.
• Agency, brand or publisher background.
• Experience negotiating creator fees, talent contracts and budgets.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta.
• Excellent client management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic organic social and influencer campaigns.
• Provide expert advice on social strategy, content, advocacy and influencer partnerships.
• Integrate social and influence into broader campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with creators, negotiating usage rights and fees.
• Grow Corporate and B2B Social & Influence offering in Perth.
• Support pitches and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Social@Ogilvy teams in Sydney and Melbourne.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and campaign performance.
