NCS Australia seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer for an initial 12-month contract to design, build and optimise enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM and CMDB. You will work with stakeholders, architects and engineers to deliver scalable outcomes in complex environments.

This hands-on role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, ability to influence technical decisions and a focus on performance, upgrades and sustainable customization within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience across ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using Scripted REST APIs and connectors.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
• Build and maintain scripts, configurations, integrations, Scripted REST APIs and connectors.
• Support and deliver ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and optimise platform performance, tuning and sizing.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices including NowCreate, HealthScan and ATF.
• Review configurations to improve quality, maintainability and performance.
• Champion good development practices and minimise high-risk customisation.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive scalable technical outcomes.
