Job summary

Kinetic IT is recruiting two Senior ServiceNow Developers to join its national Solution Services team. These permanent, full-time roles support senior delivery across federal government customer environments.

You will design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions around ITSM, CMDB and CSDM, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Australian citizen with ability to gain Australian Government Security Clearance and CAD certification

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow Developer with CAD certification and hands-on configuration and scripting skills.
• Experience across ITSM, CMDB and CSDM plus integrations and reporting.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
