Job summary

DNA Technology Services in Sydney is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant / Senior Engineer to join a large enterprise transformation. This hands-on role focuses on discovery workshops, designing robust ITOM solutions, and guiding ServiceNow developers through implementation.

You will own the ITOM platform, drive CMDB governance and CSDM adoption, lead integrations with monitoring and security tools, and mentor technical teams to deliver measurable improvements in service health and

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on ServiceNow ITOM delivery in large enterprises.
Proven experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
Strong CMDB governance, data modelling and CSDM adoption knowledge.
Experience integrating ITOM with monitoring and security tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and design ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Implement, configure and support ServiceNow ITOM modules to improve visibility.
Drive CMDB governance, data quality, health and CI lifecycle management.
Lead CSDM adoption and service modelling aligned with best practices.
Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring/security tools.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams.
