Job summary

luvo Talent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join a large enterprise technology team in Australia, with Sydney or Melbourne as a base.

You will implement and support ITOM and Security Operations, drive CMDB health and CSDM adoption, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes. A current CSA certification is mandatory, CIS is highly regarded. This role sits in one of the country's largest security teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM.
• Current ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
• CIS certification will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations modules.
• Support CMDB implementation, governance, maintenance and health.
• Drive adoption and alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Support and improve Service Mapping.
• Work across Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Help maintain data quality, governance and platform standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
