Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to translate complex business requirements into innovative, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions, with focus on workflows and integrations.
Experience providing technical direction, design reviews and mentorship to developers and architects.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with stakeholders across IT and business units.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical leadership in design, development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise service management.
Develop secure, scalable workflows, automation and integrations, and resolve complex platform issues.
Mentor and guide developers and other technical team members; contribute to architecture decisions.
