Job summary

Rest is one of Australia’s largest profit-to-member super funds. We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and support the ServiceNow platform, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

You will lead development across workflows, integrations and automation, help shape coding standards and governance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver value for our members.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• GRC IRM and/or HSRD or SAM/HAM certification knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and support the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical development across workflows, integrations, APIs and automation.
• Translate complex requirements into secure, scalable platform solutions.
• Help shape development standards and technical governance.
• Collaborate with product, business and tech teams to deliver outcomes.
