Job summary

Genesis Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Manager to lead architecture, delivery, and pre- sales across large enterprise transformation programs. You will advise senior stakeholders on ServiceNow strategy and shape solutions from opportunity through to implementation and platform maturity.

Role based in Auckland/Wellington or open to Australian candidates. You will oversee end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC and emerging AI capabilities,

Qualifications

• Experience with large enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and delivery across multi-workstream programs.
• Strong pre-sales, solutioning and proposal development capabilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC and emerging AI capabilities.
• Own solution architecture across large, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Define solution standards, integration patterns, data models, governance frameworks and delivery approaches.
• Assess existing environments and identify opportunities for platform optimisation and governance.
• Provide architecture oversight for integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise apps.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and present transformation roadmaps to executives.

Senior ServiceNow Manager

Senior, client-facing position combining ServiceNow architecture, consulting, delivery leadership and pre-sales.

You'll work across major transformation programs, advise senior stakeholders on their ServiceNow strategy and help shape solutions from initial opportunity through to implementation and ongoing platform maturity.

This role will be based in Auckland or Wellington full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC and emerging AI capabilities.
• Own solution architecture across large, complex and multi-workstream ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Define solution standards, integration patterns, data models, governance frameworks and delivery approaches.
• Assess existing ServiceNow environments and identify opportunities around platform optimisation, technical debt, governance and adoption.
• Provide architecture oversight across integrations between ServiceNow and wider enterprise applications and platforms.
• Lead solutioning and technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, proposals and new client opportunities.
• Present proposed ServiceNow solutions, roadmaps and transformation strategies to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience working within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ideally across large enterprise implementations.
• Extensive industry experience with strong technical leadership
• Strong background in ServiceNow solution or technical architecture.
• Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience across several ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM and IRM/GRC.
• Demonstrated pre-sales, solutioning, financial budgeting and proposal development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS or CTA are highly regarded.
