Volare Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to manage busy workflows, coordinate technicians and keep customers informed. You will prioritise and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, with potential to move into a senior or Team Leader role within the next 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling or a similar role.
• Experience within a trade-based or building services environment would be highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to look after customers.
• Confident communicating with technicians, customers and management.
• Team leadership experience would be an advantage, however we’re equally interested in experienced coordinators who are ready to take that next step.

Aufgaben

• Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service enquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians for maintenance, repairs, breakdowns and service visits.
• Ensure technicians have the correct information and parts required for each job.
• Monitor daily workflow, scheduling and job progress to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Prepare quotes, arrange parts and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with customers, technicians and internal teams.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve scheduling or service issues.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up to ensure jobs are completed.
• Assist with improving processes and creating efficiencies within the team.
• Support and guide other Service Coordinators as required.
• Work closely with management to ensure the smooth running of the service function.
