Diligent Fire is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator in Brisbane to support the service team across mechanical, electrical, passive and portable divisions. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service delivery with flexibility in hours for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service telephone calls and assist with client enquiries.
• Generating client work orders and purchase orders for suppliers.
• Scheduling works - Install, Service and Repair.
• Assist in management of the day for all client-based staff.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers etc.
• Job reconciliation - attention to detail is a must.
• Monthly and Annual reports in liaison with management
