Suttons Motors Group in Western Sydney is seeking a Full-Time Senior Service Advisor to join our multi-franchise service department. You will welcome customers, track work, provide quality advice, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

This role offers growth within the group, with overtime and a strong commission structure, plus a fully maintained company car for the right candidate. Monday to Friday hours in a busy, customer-focused dealership.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking aFull-Time Senior Service Advisorto join our growing team in our Mutli-Franchise Service Department . Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers when vehicles are brought in for service
• Tracking work being done on vehicles & keeping customers informed
• Providing quality advice and following through on promises made to our customers
• Following up and delivering vehicles on time
• Invoicing job cards and explaining completed work to customers prior to collecting money
• Providing feedback to management where relevant

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A reliable & customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills with a wide range of customers
• The ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative
• A team-player mindset with a drive to grow within the role & business
• Experience in a similar role – Multi franchise/High Volume dealership experience highly regarded
• Experience in Pentana operating systems and invoicing through ERAPower.
