Job summary

Kardex is seeking a motivated Service Account Manager to drive service revenue across Australia from a remote base. You will visit clients, identify service needs and develop tailored solutions, focusing on after-sales opportunities and installed-base value.

Attend client meetings across Australia, nurture relationships and collaborate with service operations, sales and technical teams to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Several years in technical sales, account management or customer consulting.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and hit sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement across levels.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage existing customer accounts and visits to identify service needs.
• Develop tailored service solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service concepts; lead negotiations to closure.
• Build long-term relationships to drive recurring service revenue.
• Implement service sales strategy across Australia and manage territory.
• Drive marketing activities to increase awareness and demand.
• Collaborate with service ops, tech teams and sales colleagues.
• Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor pipeline and revenue performance for the territory.
• Identify industry trends to expand Kardex's service offering.
