Responsibilities

• Lead a field service team across ANZ to meet service excellence.
• Escalation point for customers and drive improvement plans.
• Develop and implement training, certifications and safety compliance.
• Drive service sales and turnover growth using trusted-adviser approach.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedule, and travel for site visits.
• Ensure PPE and safety regulations are followed.
