Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical electronic security engineering.
• 5+ years as a Senior Field Security Technician/Engineer.
• Experience with enterprise Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV environments.

Responsibilities

• Incident & Service Management: manage alerts across Alarm, Access Control, CCTV; occasional after-hours support.
• Complex Troubleshooting: diagnose hardware/software faults; support field engineers during installations and escalations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as technical point-of-contact for internal teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Pre-Sales & Scoping: assist sales with technical scoping, feasibility, design, and costing input.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: maintain configuration guides, topologies, and logs; test new security tech.
• Mentorship & Onboarding: train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety.
