Job summary

Kuubiik is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Australian security market from Sydney. This senior, hands-on role focuses on creating opportunities, opening doors, and building a robust pipeline with enterprise customers.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, deliver compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian security industry required.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across NSW.
• Build relationships with consultants, builders, specifiers, designers, installers, and stakeholders.
• Grow enterprise accounts and expand EOS footprint.
• Develop and execute regional business development plans against revenue targets.
• Deliver product demonstrations and solution-based proposals to clients.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to close and post-sale relationship management.
