Certis Security Australia is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead frontline teams across a portfolio of client sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality security services. You will manage relationships with clients, monitor performance against contracts, and drive continuous improvement while supporting staff development.

Qualifications

• Current Security Licence and valid Driver’s Licence.
• Proven experience in security operations with leadership responsibility.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop frontline teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in Security & Risk Management (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and upskill site supervisors and security officers to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure services delivered in line with contract KPIs, SLAs and requirements.
• Manage client feedback, incidents and complaints, implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources with internal teams, including workforce planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and support client retention and growth.
• Maintain site SOPs and compliance with company policies and audits.
• Conduct site/compliance visits to monitor performance, safety and quality.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and meet WHS/HSE obligations.
