Job summary

The Trustee for BFG Unit Trust – Byron Bay NSW is hiring a Section Waiter for Beach, a premier venue in Byron Bay. The role demands at least 3 years of experience as a Section Waiter or Head Waiter in a quality establishment, with knowledge of food, wine and beverages and strong communication and organizational skills.

You will work full time, nights and weekends, leading a large team, training staff, organizing events, managing reservations and guest queries, while upholding RSA compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Section Waiter or Head Waiter in a quality venue.
• Relevant qualifications. Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
• Good communication and organizational skills with sound decision making.
