Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering a high-quality dining experience.
• Proven ability to design menus with seasonal, local produce.
• Strong cost management and waste control skills.
• Experience with inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to work a rotating roster with a hands-on leadership style.
• Must have current working visa in Australia.

• A strong leader, invested in hands on leadership and leading by example.
• Menu development and design with direct and clear communication with the Owner
• Pro-active management of food and wages costs and any other KPIs as directed by management.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control.
• A team first approach with a passion for growing and developing chefs.
• A team player, we're a small kitchen and all work together.
• Bursting with passion for produce and a seasonal and local menu.
• In-depth knowledge of produce and suppliers from the Northern Rivers.
• Excellent communication skills and time management.
