Job summary

The Trustee for BFG Unit Trust – Byron Bay NSW is hiring a Section Waiter for Beach, a premier venue in Byron Bay. The role demands at least 3 years of experience as a Section Waiter or Head Waiter in a quality establishment, with knowledge of food, wine and beverages and strong communication and organizational skills.

You will work full time, nights and weekends, leading a large team, training staff, organizing events, managing reservations and guest queries, while upholding RSA compliance.

Section Waiter - $65,400.00 – $80,000.00 per year + super What we are looking for At least 3 years of work experience as a Section Waiter or Head Waiter, working in a quality establishment.

Relevant qualifications. Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages. Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making.

Organised with ability to implement systems and procedures. Experience in setting and achieving targets. Adhere to RSA legislation.

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work nights and weekends.
