The Trustee for BFG Unit Trust – Byron Bay NSW invites applications for Senior Sommelier/Head Sommelier roles at Beach Byron Bay. Qualifications

• 3+ years in sommelier roles or similar hospitality leadership positions
• Relevant qualifications in wine/food service desirable
• Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritise, make sound decisions and meet targets
• RSA compliance and ability to work nights/weekends

Responsibilities
