EVT Head Office in Sydney is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand weekly employees and corporate entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing under Australian and NZ legislation.

You will be the payroll expert for Dayforce, mentor Payroll Officers, collaborate with HRIS, Finance and Recruitment, support audits, and drive process improvements while safeguarding data integrity.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of end-to-end Australian payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, PAYG, STP, superannuation).
• Advanced Dayforce experience.
• Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).
• Experience with HRIS or recruitment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end Australia, New Zealand and corporate payroll processes.
• Perform first and second level payroll review and sign-off.
• Interpret NZ payroll legislation (Holidays Act, KiwiSaver, PAYE, ACC) for pay outcomes.
• Mentor Payroll Officers and drive consistency in daily processing.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure data integrity.
