EVT is recruiting a Senior Payroll Specialist to run the end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand and its corporate entities from our Head Office in Sydney. You’ll deliver accurate weekly payroll, maintain compliance, and partner with HRIS, Recruitment and Finance to ensure data integrity.

You will act as the payroll expert for Dayforce, support internal/external audits, and lead process improvements while mentoring Payroll Officers and safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of end-to-end Australian payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and data accuracy focus.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Australia and New Zealand weekly payrolls and corporate payrolls.
• Perform payroll review and sign-off in compliance with legislation.
• Apply NZ Holidays Act, KiwiSaver, PAYE, and ACC to pay outcomes.
• Mentor Payroll Officers and collaborate with HRIS, Recruitment, Finance.
• Support audits and ensure data integrity and security.
