Virgin Australia Group is seeking a Technical Lead, Salesforce to shape platform architecture and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions across Guest Contact Centre, Corporate Sales and SME. You’ll lead design, guide developers, and partner with business teams to translate priorities into capabilities.

This hybrid, permanent role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership, and Salesforce certifications; experience with Agentforce is

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and technical solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud or CPQ is a plus.
• Experience leading or guiding a small team of employees, contractors or external delivery partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are desirable.

• Guide internal and external developers; ensure changes are secure, reliable and scalable.
