Virgin Australia is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to shape how we use Salesforce across Guest Contact Centre, Corporate Sales and SME. You’ll own architecture, design and delivery, working closely with business teams and external partners to turn priorities into practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Salesforce role focused on architecture and technical solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud or CPQ is an advantage.
• Experience leading or guiding a small team of employees, contractors or external delivery partners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shape how the Salesforce platform evolves and deliver capabilities across the airline.
• Lead solution design, guide internal and third‑party developers, and contribute hands‑on where needed.
• Embed Agentforce (Salesforce AI) and ensure changes are secure, reliable, supportable and ready for operation.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate priorities into scalable Salesforce solutions.
