Job summary
Virgin Australia is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to shape the platform architecture and guide delivery teams across Guest Contact Centre and Sales Cloud initiatives. You’ll translate business priorities into robust Salesforce solutions and contribute hands-on where needed, including embedding Agentforce AI capabilities.

Qualifications
- Deep Salesforce expertise across architecture and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; Agentforce is a plus.
- Experience leading or guiding small teams of employees or partners.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship-building.
- Salesforce certifications are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and guide internal and external developers.
- Partner with business teams to translate priorities into Salesforce capabilities.
- Embed Agentforce AI initiatives and ensure secure, reliable operation.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and manage dependencies.
