Job summary

Professional Recruitment Australia in Melbourne is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll lead teams, drive best practices, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The breakdown: 70% tech-leading, 30% hands-on Salesforce, focusing on solutioning and enabling Devs to execute tasks. The role requires 8+ years in Apex, LWC, Aura, and experience across Sales/Service/Experience

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on Apex, LWC and Aura development.
Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, with responsive UI.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs and middleware (Azure, MuleSoft).
CPQ or FinancialForce familiarity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Champion automation, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews and design sessions.
Identify technical debt and suggest optimisation strategies.
Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA and product owners to translate requirements.
Mentor and coach developers to foster knowledge sharing.
Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and emerging tech.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance and data governance.
