Senior Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - Melbourne, Australia - $65k-$75k base (c$110k OTE)

We’re on the hunt for a results focused, proactive telephone-based Senior Sales Executive, with excellent communication skills, to join an award-winning, international aesthetic training academy in Melbourne.

The role requires mentoring a small team of Sales Executives, following up warm leads and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into bookings, it does not require cold calling.

Our client is offering a base salary up to $75k and a very generous bonus scheme (OTE approximately $110k).

Hybrid working is offered.

Key responsibilities as the Senior Sales Executive will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from potential training delegates in a timely manner
• Identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Actively up-selling products when applicable
• Mentoring a small team of Sales Executives and leading by example
• Ensuring effective communication with delegates at all times
• Maintaining all relevant documentation and accurate records
• Working with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company’s brand

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a high-volume telephone based sales / customer service role
• Experience working within the aesthetics, training/education or medical industries is required
• Demonstrable success in a warm sales environment and a track record of achieving / over-achieving targets
• Team leader / supervisor experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Confident, supportive and proactive nature
• IT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
