Job summary

Infoblox seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to act as the trusted technical advisor in Canberra, guiding presales engagements and solution design from discovery to closure. You will collaborate with sales, channel, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue through high-touch presales while delivering end-to-end technical guidance.

You will build executive-ready ROI/TCO models, diagnose current vs desired state architectures, and craft value narratives for CIOs and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in a sales engineering or presales role, preferably in direct sales.
• Strong hands-on networking, cloud, and cybersecurity experience.
• Proven value-selling capability with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC and ROI/TC0 experience.
• Experience applying AI to accelerate discovery notes, RFP/RFI responses, and PoV telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Lead value discovery and translate pains into measurable hypotheses and KPIs.
• Design future-state architecture mapping Infoblox capabilities to business outcomes.
• Create ROI/TCO models and business cases for executive audiences.
• Plan PoV engagements with clear success criteria and telemetry.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging rooted in delivered value.
• Maintain SFDC hygiene and value-driven documentation.
