Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Executive to own enterprise sales across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. You will win new ASX 200 clients and government engagements for data, cloud, and AI solutions, partnering with AWS, Microsoft, Databricks and Anthropic.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic alliances, and champion AI-first transformations, drawing on a decade of experience in enterprise tech and a hunter mentality to drive top-line growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology or digital consulting sales.
• Proven track record of new business wins.
• Established relationships with decision-makers across key sectors.
• Experience with outcome-based contracts and strategic sales approaches.

Responsibilities

• Market ownership: lead the NSW, VIC, and QLD regions, driving new transformation programs.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances with partners to expand opportunities.
• Advocate for AI-driven strategies and help clients become AI-first business models.
