You will cultivate VIP client relationships, mentor junior staff, and partner with management to ensure flawless store performance and a high-touch shopping journey across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience (typically 3–5+ years) as a Sales Associate or Senior Stylist in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
• Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and support store management.
• Clientelling Mastery: A proven track record of managing a strong VIP client book and achieving consistently high sales results through CRM execution.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and active listening skills with a genuine passion for high-touch service.
• Operational Precision: Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with luxury retail operations and omnichannel tools.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you are an exemplary ambassador of the Maison who actively welcomes guests into the Chloé family while driving business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to VIP clients, a mentor to sales associates, and a reliable partner to management in ensuring a seamless client journey and outstanding store performance.

Client Relationship Management & VIP Engagement

• VIC Development: Cultivate, retain, and expand a strong portfolio of Very Important Clients (VICs) and top-tier luxury shoppers through personalized, bespoke service.
• Advanced Clientelling: Leverage advanced CRM tools and clientelling strategies to create customized outreach, capture client milestones, and drive repeatable, high-value business.
• Appointment & Experience Management: Proactively manage high-level client appointments, private viewings, and tailored follow-ups to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

Omnichannel & Business Leadership

• Brand Ambassadorship: Demonstrate expert product knowledge across all Chloé categories and storytell the brand’s history, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.
• Omnichannel Mastery: Drive sales across all retail touchpoints by utilizing omnichannel tools and providing an effortless, multi-channel shopping experience.
• Business Acumen: Actively contribute to reaching boutique KPI targets, share feedback on product performance and market trends, and support commercial initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Mentorship

• Floor Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example on the sales floor, assisting and coaching junior team members on luxury service standards, selling techniques, and CRM best practices.
• Boutique Operations: Support management in daily floor supervision, stock transfers, inventory control, loss prevention, and strict adherence to Richemont guidelines.
• Visual Standards: Maintain a flawless, luxurious boutique environment adhering to Chloé’s visual merchandising standards and brand identity.
