Job summary

Stop Staring Boutique in South Yarra is seeking an experienced luxury fashion sales professional to deliver personalised service, drive sales and manage day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' fashion retail experience.
• Senior sales or luxury retail experience highly regarded.
• A genuine interest in designer and luxury fashion.
• Strong sales and customer service capability.
• Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the store when required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and consignors.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing sales and handling high-value merchandise.
• Reliable, organised, proactive and trustworthy.
• Willingness to take ownership of maintaining store presentation and standards.
