Chloé Sydney boutique is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the Maison and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will welcome guests, advise on products, and drive sales as part of a luxury team under Richemont.

As a brand ambassador, you will master omnichannel tools, manage client relationships, and support store operations while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with a proven sales record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies and clientelling techniques.
• Attention to detail and strong operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as trusted advisor to deliver seamless client experience.
