Job summary

Insider One is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Sydney team. You will become an product expert, advise on sales and integration strategies, and deliver compelling technical demonstrations to enterprise customers.

You will monitor partner activities, support both field and inside sales, and engage C-level executives with deep market insights. Strong communication and rapid-learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of experience in Solutions Consultant, ideally in SaaS or Martech
• Care for our partners and make sure they feel at home with our products and our assistance
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment
• Be a self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search of savvy solutions
• High energy, self-starter, a visionary seller comfortable with ambiguity
• Must be a team player - interaction with teammates and partners fairly and respectfully; proactive/results-driven
• Masterful in delivering software demonstrations, whether in person or via web presentation
• Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing
• Possess 'best of breed' functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Insider One products
• Make recommendations on sales/integration strategies and enterprise architectures to optimize Insider One effectiveness
• Proactively monitor partners and provide on-time insights and solutions
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise through presentations, demos, and pilot implementations
• Lead account services strategy to generate and develop growth opportunities with cross-functional teams
• Develop deep understanding of customers and competitive landscape for C-level dialogue
• Support both enterprise and inside sales with strong professional, sales, and technical capabilities
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
