Phorest is seeking a Manager, Commercial to balance personal quota delivery with strategic leadership of a high‑performing team. You will coach the team to navigate complex deal cycles, optimise funnels, and maximise lifetime value across premium salon, spa, and clinic accounts.

You will lead the Sales & PhorestPay group to meet regional revenue targets, translate department strategy into actionable goals, and drive collaboration with Marketing and Success for seamless lead‑to‑upsell cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of KPI‑led sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record mentoring team members in a player‑coach capacity.
• Deep understanding of revenue drivers and CRM data terms.

• Maintain a personal hands‑on delivery with a quota and KPIs.
• Lead by example with high‑level product demos and closing complex deals.
