Job summary

Sitemate, Sydney-based, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a 3-4 person team, coaching and selling in parallel. You will drive execution of playbooks, collaborate with directors and the GM, and influence Oceania sales performance. Hybrid setup with strong growth culture.

You will balance leadership with hands-on deal making, ensuring targets are met while developing your team and maintaining Sitemate’s values across the region.

Qualifications

• Must Have: strong product prescription & positioning, attention to detail, growth mindset, collaboration.
• Nice to Have: experience managing Mid‑Market sales teams, world/industry landscape knowledge, technical or solutions background.

Responsibilities

• Coach, review pipeline, and support development with AEs and AMs.
• Lead weekly team meetings and call review sessions to review performance, align on goals, and reinforce playbooks.
• Run demos and close deals to contribute to individual sales targets.
• Provide real-time deal support to reps, including joining customer calls and helping with negotiation.
• Partner with directors and the GM to align on strategy and report progress for Oceania.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new Mid-Market sales team members when needed.
