Job summary

Practice Acceleration is seeking a senior Business Growth Coach to work remotely with healthcare practice owners across Australia and beyond. You will coach, challenge, and guide owners to boost revenue, profitability, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

You’ll run high‑level coaching sessions, analyze performance data, and lead growth planning to deliver measurable client results. A strong track record and strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional business coaching or consulting experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Strong commercial understanding of revenue, profitability, marketing, sales and operations.
• Confidence coaching and challenging established business owners.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and facilitation skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to hold clients accountable and drive implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable business growth with established business owners.
• Lead high‑level coaching sessions (one-on-one and group).
• Analyse monthly performance and develop actionable growth plans.
• Drive client success and retention through annual growth planning.
• Improve coaching program by sharing experience and ideas.
