Qualifications

• 5–7 years of field marketing experience at a technology company, with a proven pipeline focus.
• Self-directed, execution-oriented mindset delivering quality results on complex programs.
• Strong prioritization, project management, and multi-program coordination across regions and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder skills with concise, persuasive communication to sales and marketing peers.
• Solid data literacy to interpret program metrics and KPI signals for prioritizing markets.
• Experience with marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo) and optimization for ROI.
• AI experience with Claude Code is a significant plus, driving automation and scale.
• Desire to contribute to a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end field programs strategy, planning, and execution across the western US.
• Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar with sales leadership.
• Own pipeline targets and design pre-event, event, and post-event engagement.
• Collaborate with sales/BDR to build invite lists and drive attendance.
• Manage sponsorships, venues, vendors, speakers, and event investments.
• Track ROI, pipeline influenced, and engagement metrics; share insights for campaigns.
• Create repeatable playbooks to scale field programs across regions.
