Zusammenfassung

Genea, a leading fertility clinic, is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in Sydney CBD. The role reports to the CEO and drives risk management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will lead clinical governance, incident management, policy development and audit readiness, partnering with executives and regulators to safeguard patient safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Quality and Risk Manager.
• Tertiary qualification in risk/quality management in healthcare.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with regulators and executives.
• Desirable knowledge of RTAC or NSQHS standards.
• Experience developing risk management frameworks, audits and reporting.
• Understanding regulatory reporting requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee clinical governance and risk management across the organisation.
• Lead development and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Design reporting strategies to monitor performance against the framework.
• Drive a proactive risk-aware culture across operations.
• Advise executives on patient safety, risk management and quality systems.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory responses.
• Maintain privacy and credentialing documentation and policies.
• Promote continuous improvement and incident management practices.
