Genea is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager to lead risk, quality and compliance activities from our Sydney CBD team on a full-time basis, covering a 12-month maternity leave. The role reports to the CEO and drives risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across the organisation, including incident management, complaints handling, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical governance across the organisation and coordinate national meetings.
• Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework.
• Design and implement reporting strategies to monitor performance against the framework.
• Champion a proactive risk-aware culture throughout daily operations and decision-making.
• Provide expert advice to executives, managers and clinicians on patient safety, risk management and quality systems.
• Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Manage and respond to serious complaints promptly and coordinate regulatory responses.
• Coordinate relationships with federal, state, and local accreditation and regulatory bodies.
