Job summary

Genea is recruiting a Risk, Quality and Compliance Manager to lead the development and ongoing review of risk management and quality systems during a 12-month maternity leave cover in our Sydney CBD team. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive compliance, incident and complaints handling, and change management, collaborating with clinical and executive teams to uphold patient safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading risk and quality programs in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to translate legislation into policy and practice.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with regulators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical governance and risk framework development.
• Lead the implementation of risk management and compliance framework.
• Design reporting to monitor performance against risk and quality standards.
• Manage complaints, incidents and regulatory enquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with accreditation and regulatory bodies for audit readiness.
