Zusammenfassung

Genea is seeking a Risk, Quality and Compliance Manager to join our Sydney CBD team on a full‑time basis, covering a 12‑month maternity leave. You will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing review of risk management and quality systems and processes on a national basis.

Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and oversee incident management, complaints handling, and change management.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in quality and risk management within healthcare.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with regulators and executives.
• Understanding of NSQHS or RTAC Code of Practice is desirable.
• Experience developing risk management frameworks, audits, and reporting.
• Ability to translate legislation and accreditation requirements into policy and practice.
• Proactive stakeholder management and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Oversee clinical governance and lead national risk, safety and quality meetings.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework.
• Design reporting strategies to monitor performance against the framework.
• Promote a risk-aware culture and embed risk principles in daily operations.
• Advise executives and clinicians on patient safety, risk management and quality systems.
• Prepare for external audits and coordinate regulatory responses.
• Maintain the organisation's privacy framework and manage privacy complaints.
