Genea is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) to lead risk governance, quality assurance, and compliance across the organisation from the Sydney CBD team. Reporting to the CEO, you will design, implement and continuously improve risk and quality frameworks, manage complaints and regulatory interactions, and drive a culture of learning and patient safety.

• Experience as Head of Risk in a complex healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and engagement with regulators and executives.
• Knowledge of NSQHS or RTAC Code of Practice is desirable.

• Develop and implement risk management and compliance framework for fertility business.
