Job summary

Civitas Talent is seeking a senior Remuneration & Benefits contractor for a 6-month Western Sydney role focused on building an STI and an LTI program, plus a modern employee benefits offering. You will design, gain sign-off, and launch plans while coordinating with executives to align with business goals.

The role emphasises practical design, governance, and a hands-on delivery approach, with transition handover to ongoing teams at contract end.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing remuneration frameworks.
• Proven experience building STI and LTI programs.
• Strong understanding of executive and senior leader pay.
• Benchmarking and market analysis experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project management skills.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-moving business.
• Degree in HR, Commerce, Business, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch an STI plan aligned to business goals and performance measures.
• Design and launch an LTI program with vesting, performance hurdles and eligibility.
• Review current pay structures and reward practices across the organisation.
• Engage leadership to understand business, financial and operational goals.
• Define company, team and individual performance measures and scorecards.
• Write plan rules, participant guides and approval and payment processes.
• Present findings to senior leaders and, where needed, the Board.
