Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Partner on a 6-month contract in Melbourne. You will lead remuneration and total rewards design, governance, and benchmarking to support a competitive, equitable total reward framework.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and Finance to shape pay strategy, base pay structures, STI plans, job architecture, benefits, and governance across the organisation, ensuring compliance and commercial alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in remuneration, compensation & benefits or total rewards.
• Experience designing and implementing reward strategies and incentive plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
• Advanced Excel and analytics capability; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead remuneration strategy and total rewards design.
• Develop base pay structures, salary frameworks and annual review processes.
• Design STI framework and sales commission plans with governance and reporting.
• Design job architecture, grading and career frameworks.
• Oversee benefits, recognition programs and contributions to the EVP.
• Ensure pay governance, policies, controls and executive/Board reporting.
