Job summary

El Jannah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants and deliver the El Jannah experience daily. This senior, hands-on role drives guest experience, team culture, food quality and commercial results.

You will set the tone, develop the management team, and create an environment where guests and staff feel welcome, supported, and proud to be part of El Jannah.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop large teams.
• Performance-driven with strong commercial acumen (labour, costs, inventory).
• Sound knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance.
• Calm, confident leadership under pressure.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
• Genuine passion for food, people and guest experience.
• Willingness to work flexible rosters, including evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead a guest-first culture with high service standards.
• Build and coach a high-performing management team.
• Drive food quality, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee recruitment, rostering and performance management.
• Manage labour, payroll and admin tasks.
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability against targets.
• Manage stock, inventory and supplier relations.
• Address guest feedback professionally and promptly.
• Foster strong connections within the local community.
