Job summary

El Jannah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of its Australian outlets. You will drive daily operations, uphold guest‑first service, and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring food quality, safety and WHS compliance.

You will oversee recruitment, rosters and performance management, manage costs and inventory, and build strong community connections. A senior, hands‑on leadership role with accountability for the restaurant’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager in fast-paced hospitality or QSR.
• Ability to lead and coach large teams.
• Strong commercial acumen incl. labour, cost and inventory management.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance.
• Calm, confident leadership under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Uphold guest-first service standards.
• Develop and lead management and team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety and WHS compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and rosters.
• Manage labour, payroll and admin tasks.
