El Jannah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy outlets and bring the El Jannah experience to life daily. This senior, hands-on role focuses on guest experience, team culture, food quality, safety, and delivering strong commercial results.

You will set the tone for the business, develop your management team, and create an environment where guests and staff feel welcome, supported and proud to be part of El Jannah.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Strong budgeting, labour, and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Champion a guest-first culture and uphold high service standards.
• Develop and mentor the management team to deliver consistent performance.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and WHS compliance across the venue.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Manage labour, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability to hit targets.
• Oversee stock, ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory control.
• Address guest feedback professionally and responsively.
• Build strong ties with the local community and brand presence.
