Job summary

El Jannah is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead from the floor and build a high-performing team culture. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure food quality, service, safety and cleanliness across a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality settings.
• Proven leadership experience in front-line or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager in leading daily restaurant operations.
• Champion guest-first service and maintain high standards of service.
• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Prepare rosters aligned with budgets and compliance.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards.
• Manage stock, deliveries and inventory controls.
• Support payroll and administrative tasks.
• Drive sales and manage costs to meet KPIs.
• Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
