Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
• Strong commercial acumen including labour, cost and inventory management
• Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
• Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Champion the EJ Way, a guest-first culture and ensuring consistently high service standards
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing management and team member group
• Drive strong food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management
• Manage labour, payroll and operational administration
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability, and deliver against business targets
• Manage stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
• Build strong connections within the local community
