El Jannah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our fast‑paced Australian outlets. This senior, hands‑on role drives guest experience, team culture, food quality and safety while delivering strong commercial results.

You’ll set the tone for the operation, coach a large team, optimise rostering and labour, manage inventory, and uphold high service standards in a vibrant QSR environment across our local Geelong venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams.
• Strong commercial acumen including labour, cost and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Champion guest-first culture and high service standards.
• Develop and manage a high-performing management team and staff.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and WHS compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, rostering, and performance management.
• Monitor labour, costs and profitability and deliver targets.
• Manage stock, supplier relationships, and inventory control.
